I took mine in for the creaky seats both passenger and driver are doing it. Needless to say I left pissed off. they had my truck all day I told them it was the rails underneath and when it was finished they told me that a guy rode around and he didnt hear any creeking but he oiled the part that reclines. (why we he oil that when I toild him its clearly coming from underneath.) As soon as I turned out of my parking spot at the dealership it creaked, man was I pissed. Next time I take it in im telling them if they cant fix it to keep it and ill go buy a chevy( I love my truck but these creaky seats are driving me bonkers) Ive tried spraying the rails with WD-40 also didnt help and it seems to be getting worse

Doubt that it is something that spray lube will fix. My guess (until I actually look at it) is that there is a nylon bushing that has gotten squished out in the rail somewhere.
