I got an 09 CQ with around 30,000 and no issues. I use my 4x4 all the time and go off in the dirt and snow. Sounds like a bad deal. It should be covered though. I don't know why it wouldn't.
Both of my front wheel bearings failed on my 09 laramie crew cab at about 48k miles. If the dealer won't cover it call Chrysler. Thats what I did and they covered most of it. I had to pay a $125 deductible.
Just curious...did they give you any indication of what caused the failure? I drive my truck at 80-90mph so maybe I should get them checked at the next tire rotation....
