As you're well aware, I do not work for Superchips. I'm not officially associated with them in any capacity. Wish I were, but I don't work in Florida.

Here's what I do; I know folks at Superchips. Good friends. I have contacts there and use those contacts to help folks on the truck forums, just like I tried to help you. In your case Bradley, you decided to turn down a refund in August of 2010 that I helped you with.

I've helped tons of folks on the forums over the years with issues. In your case, who knows what happened. You appear to be bitter, but no one can figure out why. Superchips has bent over backward to give you a refund, yet you declined the refund. There is now nothing that can be done in your case. You can't satisfy everyone's expectation level, especially one that's this unrealistic. You need to relax Bradley. Life is too short.

This exercise is going no where Robert. The OP asked a question that was answered. If Bradley is unhappy with his product, he could have remedied that in August 2010. He chose not to. Talk to your brother and ask him to call Superchips. Heck, he can even complain about me if he wants. He still may even be able to get a refund. Enough of this folishness already.

Obviously you have issues with Brad, you may want to talk with him offline and resolve your issues instead of bringing your personal issues public. I refuse to be the middle man between you two, I don't appreciate you bringing me into your issues either, I don't want issues with you and if you can help me with my tuner I would appreciate that unless we are waiting on superchips for a fix. I posted because it related to the original posters post, he should know what he is buying before hand.

You made yourself the middle man by posting videos of your brothers. It's unfortunate that there was a problem with the super chips in the video but thats what warranty is for. If someone was offered a refund but chose instead to keep it and then bash the product that makes them a trouble maker in my book. With Super Chips and Diablo there is a learning process for the manufacture since Dodge has so many different ECM codes for the trucks, so some problems simply need to be worked out. It sounds to me that someone chose not to work it out and for that they have no justified gripe any longer.

 

So guys don't mean to be frank but getting back to the original subject on the power gains why would superchips list gains almost half of what they show compared to there dyno. It almost seems that they are using the data from gen one hemi and not gen two. It's not a big deal but I can't understand how there is somany different gains from one company.

The refund from my understanding was resolved between him and SC something Silshemi guy is misleading everyone, no one is bashing any company, posting vids is bashing? Once again get real. He tried working with SC for months on end and they said they couldn't resolve the issue and promised a fix in the near future, how long is a near future anyway? Well that's as much as i would like to say i know, more info on the SC forum, but Silshemi just ranting on what ever seems fit for him and people taking his word as if he was god is odd, never judge until you hear both stories not one, and unfortunetly Brad has a life and can't see him on ever dodge forum out there.

In the end you gives a F%^k not our companies and just tuners for our heavy trucks. We should all be getting along since we share the same passion
