Default Aftermarket Hitch Reciever

I just purchased a Curt hitch reciever to bolt onto my 2009 dodge ram 1500 slt. My guestion is going to sound very confusing, so hopefully somebody has dealt with this and knows what I'm talking about right off the bat.
Before begining to install the reciever, I am looking at the frame and the rear most bolt (existing, holding on rear bumper) is going to be shared and also hold on the reciever. my question is that since the rear bumber is already on the frame, after adding the reciver to that it is going to angle the a little bit towards the ground because the front most bolt holding the reciever is flush on the frame (no rear bumber in between).
Is it necessary to put some sort of spacer on the front most bolt or will that slight angle be okay? I feel as though they should have compensated for this when manufacturing the reciever, or at least added some spacers to the set. I just want to know what's going on before I have a buddy come help hold it in place.
Thanks.

I just added the same hitch on my 09, I'm not sure what you are talking about.
I didnt have any issues, it bolted right on, the only problem I had was getting the 250 lbs of torque on the bolt that goes thru the bumper.
I just picked up my TT yesterday and had them torque it for me.

Did your reciever sit flush against the frame? In my case, the rear bumper is bolted on the frame, and will lie between the reciever and the frame at the rear most bolt and the reciever will be flush to frame at the front most bolt.
