Thanks Dodge Forum Team
I appreciate the members who post the do-it-yourself information. I changed the 16 spark plugs on my 2010 RAM 1500 with the 5.7 HEMI and everything was as stated. It did take me 3.5 hrs, but was worth it to do it myself and not have the dealership screw something up. I do have a question to the guys who claim to do it in 2 hrs, what is your trick?
Also changed the rear diff fluid for the second time (35,000 miles). The rear diff was dark again, similar to when I changed the original diff fluid at 17,500 miles. I put in Royal Purple 85-140 in this time, prior to this I used Mobil 1. I do have a question, when I changed the rear diff fluid in my Tundra (before the dodge) it had little contamination and was still the correct lube color after 25,000 miles, what is up with the Dodge Rear Diff?
Thanks,
Dave

Can't answer your Qs on lube color, but assume you have seen the posts on lube level? Seems on certain 3rd member covers the fill hole was to low so the dealerships have been adding some lube via vent hole - if I remember this correctly. Don't know if 2009 or 2010 or what build dates this applied to though...
