About to buy a Ram 1500: Used but brand new; never titled

I saw a sheet saying what was repaired and it was simply cosmetic to the front panels. Is it true that this will not be listed as being in an accident if I try to resell it? They say I will have full warranty which is good but is there anything else I should be concerned with? Thanks in advance!
I bought a brand new truck from a dealer way back in 1989. I got home and noticed a dent on one of the front fenders right away and called the dealer. They agreed to fix it - no questions asked. I didn't think much of it and the truck was for all intents and purposes as good as new. Now, about 5 years later, the repair was showing more and more, kind of like when they paint a panel and somehow that panel looks newer than the rest of the truck. So even if it was never reported as a repair, it looked like it had been in a accident. That is worth something in my mind.
