Default ABS & Park brake light staying on

Hello everyone i'am new to the site.
Hoping someone will be able to shed some light on a problem i have.
I've got a 07 3500 5.9 liter quad cab. what is happening is the abs & park brake light is coming on. it would go off & on when driving, now just stays on all the time. crusie control works but will cancel when it feels like it. there was a couple of times when truck was sitting, if you put it in forward or reverse the lights would go out, but speedo needle would bounce up & down & abs light & park light would blink off & on. Hooked truck up to a scanner, scanner pointed to rear diff speed sensor. Bought new one, installed it. still not working, proceeded to take truck for drive with scanner still hooked up. speed sensors on front wheels indicating a speed & working, rear diff sensor not showing any speed @ all. So we figured a broken wire in the harness some where. Traced & checked the 2 wires right up to the front of truck, with a meter. Wires checked out ok, speedometer is working when driving as well. Anyone know what might be going on here. Scanner can't clear code either. any info would be great, thanks. Heavy load

Question: i noticed a check mark on my post. it says you are subscribed to this post.
What does that mean, anyone know.
