Default Newish '11 Ram

I traded my 2007 Dakota for this truck in November. I figured since i took some ideas off this forum i should post some pics of it.
Mod list is, Debadge, Flowmaster, Plastidip rims, Colour match silver interior pieces, and not so much of a mod but got rusting chrome bumpers replaced on warranty.

Looks good. The more PlastiDip wheels I see, the more I wonder (if I'll do mine).

What'd you do for your color match interior bits? Remove them, scuff sand them, and spray? Any concerns about the durability of the paint?

I removed them, scuffed them with a 3m pad, primer, paint, and then a couple coats of clear. So far it's been holding up good even with a dog in the cab. The biggest thing is taking your time when scuffing and painting.

Is that interior paint color the same as the exterior color? How much did that mod run ya and where did you get the paint from?

Yup same colour. I got duplicolor from Canadian tire. it took one full can about $12 plus $7 for primer and $3 for the 3m pads. Pritty cheap and look why better IMHO.

Yeah it looks great. I have a reg cab sport in the brilliant black. I wanted to do the same thing, cause the silver doesnt really blend in with the black all that well. How hard was it to get all the pieces off? specifically the steering wheel pieces, and the outside vent trim pieces? those look tricky being as small as they are....

Looks great man.
I have to ask, What exactly is plastidip and why do that to your rims? I assume it is just as the name sounds....the rims are dipped into a plastic solution, but I have no clue really.

The other question is where was the rust on the bumper so I can inspect mine as it is not even a year old to me yet.

Thanks
