Default bluetooth streaming audio/usb problems :(

is any one else having issues with this feature. i've been running with an iphone 3g for the longest time (jailbroken) so i couldnt up date it to the 4.2OS anyway when i would connect via bluetooth to listin to music it would sound like a scratched cd.. but making calls works fine. same problem with the usb..
so i brought it to the dealership and they replaced the wireless control module. (or something to that effect) hooked to an iphone said it worked fine. got home and tried again same problem, on both the usb and bluetooth connection. called back they said it was prolly due to the fact that my software is out of date..
luckly my contract is due for an up grade so went and got a new samsung galaxy S 3g everything is up to date.. weeeeelllllllll guess what SAME PROBLEM actually it almos seems worse cause now its spotty on making phone calls.. so i called back.. got told to check on dodge.ca for a list of compatible phones (basically told to F*** off i feel) and i cant find the damn list so if someone could point to this list or a solution.. it would be greatly appreciated. or maybe something to bring up at the dealer ship

I have Grand Caravan Crew 2011 and I have the same problem. Do not know about USB cable (never tried) but I tried 4 different phones and none of them worked. Music sounded like you said. But all of them works just fine during phone calls. On the other hand, all four phones work perfectly streaming through bluetooth on our Hyundai Sonata 2012. Not a single problem.

Those links don't work for me, they just redirect me a page that says "Image Gallery." I dug around the owners site for a long time and couldn't find any similar links. Is there a place I can get a compatibility list for my 2012 430N media center head unit?

Some people have issues with the bluetooth and others don't, I am not sure why but there is a thread on here somewhere that all that is in. I phones I have heard have the worst capability. They update their phones so often that dodge cant keep up. But then again in some vehicles it works perfectly all the time.

I have an Galaxy S2 running a rooted ICS firmware, I thought I was going to have many issues, but I don't. I had a Galaxy S about a year ago, and maybe once in 30 phone calls would it be all glitchy. In which case I just called back and it was fine again. I don't use the bluetooth for music, and I don't plug my phone in via USB either. I have a portable 160GB hard drive in the glove compartment for my music. That works just fine, and I have tonnes of music, more then a phone could ever hold anyways.

I don't know what to tell you other then the fact that some work and some don't. Some people try rolling back or updating firmware on their phones. It works for some and not for others. Some even just to a re-pair of the phone and it works.
