Your right it didn't have the center consol but you can get them with power windows and locks. Never tried to build one on the internet. Don't know why that is.

 

Do not know why you did not try to build one on the net or do not know why you can not get the console? I can answer the later. The Express model is suppose to be a base truck. No different that you cannot get leather in a ST or SLT, leather trimmed dash, ect... If you want that stuff Dodge wants you to pay more and go to the next trim level.

I have grown to like the "extras". If I was looking to buy to new truck and make it into a toy it would be the Express in 2WD form with NO options at all other than color keyed exterior. That that and toss on a SC, some after market wheels, lowering kit, full exhaust and a few interior upgrades and it could be fun

 

If you get the trailer brake control group on the express it comes with the EVIC.

Although I generally agree with what you are saying CarGuyOhio, you are wrong with the specifics on this truck. The express is a weird bird.

You can just about get all of the options on this truck. I am not sure why its labeled as a base model truck

 

Not really. No backup sensors, low end radio, bluetooth, dash, console, seating, lights (quads), ect. But it does offer one thing that some others do not.... Carpet delete.

Below is a LOADED model, I selected everything I could. Also an article on this truck. There are things they will not put on it to make you move up in trim level.

Do not get me wrong, nothing wrong with the truck. Many buyers have been yelling for an "ST" type truck with a Hemi. But I expect the "questions" on the site like.... Why can I not get this, or can I add this after.... The answer really is if you wanted that you got the wrong truck.

I agree... I looked at a RCSB Sport today, but $2000 more than the 'Express' I saw, and had WAY MORE OPTIONS... but the way the economy is, and the dollar... I've decided to stay with my truck... Cheers to all that chimed in though
