I've noticed about a 1mpg loss of fuel mileage with the new shift program.
The vibration isn't noticeable anymore but when I'm towing the shift from 4th to 5th is accompanied by a pretty hard clunk. But my old F-250 shifted hard through all the gears so I'm not worried about it.
