Probably fuel sloshing around when the tank is about 3/4 full.

I dought its fuel sloshing, its likely the torque converter coming unlocked within the transmission.
Take it back to your dealer and see if they can reflash the tranny pooter, may be ok after that.
Its a known issue with some of these trucks that are doing this.
Mine did the same, they reflashed it, hasnt been an issue since.

No problem, just hope thats the fix for your truck.
Give us a shout when you get it done, like to know if THAT was the fix or not.

Do not DOUBT the fuel. It is a KNOWN issue at 3/4 full. For kicks try keeping it 1/2 or lower for a few days and see if it goes away.

Mine does this as well. My wifes Rav4 does it too. However I always thought it might be the locking diff letting go and your feeling it through the driveshaft to the tranny. Maybe not.?.?.?

Now that u mention it it was between half and 3/4 when that was going on. And now it's a little less than half and haven't heard it again.

I will bet it is the fuel, drove a lot of us crazy in 09 when we first got our trucks, finally someone came up with the idea to try less fuel, and that was it, mine would be a definite bump, almost like someone touched the back of the truck (slightly) with there bumper, not that severe but it was felt.
