Cool 2011 Ram Backup Camera

Hi guys, this is my first post as I just traded in my 08 f150 and bought a 2011 Ram. So far I have installed a Kenwood touch screen deck with NAV and I want to hook up a backup camera to it to help with hooking up a trailer when I am by myself, etc. I am wondering if anybody knows where to pick up the reverse sense wire inside the cab? My truck has the center shifter down in the console and I was hoping to get something there. This truck has the CAN BUS system and I did not get the CAN BUS harness when I hooked up the radio as I figured it was 200 bucks I didnt need to spend. Any help would be appreciated.

Easiest place is at the tow harness connnector, just splice in to the reverse wire if you have a 7 pin. That is where I did mine with an aftermarklet cam

Hi thanks for the reply. I got the camera all hooked up this morning and it works great. I traced the wire from the 7 pin trailer connector all the way up to the front of the truck. Just behind the drivers front wheel there is a connector that joins the harness that goes to the back of the truck. The wire was white with a red stripe, I tapped into it here and ran a wire through the firewall and up to the radio. The camera works great. Thank you for your help
