I just picked up my new 4th gen quad cab today, and I'm looking to take the center jump seat/console for a full floor console. I been looking around online and can't seem to find anything that will come close to it. I looked at the seat and it's easy enough to take out, just a couple main bolts through the floor and 4 studs holding it to the passenger seat.
The questions I have for all of you Ram gurus is has anyone ever seen an aftermarket center console for this truck, or am I going to make some friends at the salvage yard and have them call me when one comes in??
The parts guy at my dealer didn't have any information for me, and I can buy all the parts and pieces to make one, but that's way too much $$.
I'm not interested in having the gear shifter work, as that's coming out to make room for other things that I have planned.

I have not seen any aftermarket consule manufactured- i have seen fiberglass jobs that have been done but nothing mass produced or anything like that.

If you wanted a console, why didnt you buy a truck with it already in there.
They DO build them WITH a naked console ("naked console"= without floor shifter)
