Befor I bring the 09 Ram to the dealer just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. When you start the truck there is a thud-thud-thud noise coming from the center of the dash. It lasts from 20to60 seconds then stops.Sometimes it does it again when you shut off the truck. Does not seam to bother the way the truck runs.

 

There was a recall for some of the heater and A/C doors, could be that?

 

Could it be the a/c hvac doors opening and closing? My 09 had a recall for that but I don't know how many there were. I never had any problems but I brought it in and had it serviced anyway.

 

Combo...we must've posted at the same time, lol! But yes you're right, and I think it is the actuator if I remember correctly.
