Hi, was test driving some used 1500's today and one in particular was a 09 TRX which does not have a power driver seat, and didn't seem to find any way to raise the seat higher. Is that just way manual seats are? I was completely sold on the pickup other than that so now I'm just kind of holding off, I'm about 5'10 but legs are plenty long, I prefer to sit up pretty high and seems as though my torso is on the short end.

 

find one with elec seat?

 

raise the seat higher? my power seats move the seat forward and back, and adjust the recline of the seat, doesnt lift it higher and lower off the floor. i'm 5'-11"... not sure where the problem is

 

Most power seats do lift it up, I ended up just getting a SLT with the rambox. Liked the TRX this one has a few more options, 2011 and still putting in manual seats in $30,000+ pickups is pretty ridic.
