Default Can The Seat Belt Chime Be Turned Off

I was just wondering if anyone knows the prodecure to turn off the seat belt chime. Sometimes I ride around out in the woods or out on the property without my seat belt on and the chime drives me nuts. On my Magnum, I was able to turn off the chime with a series of key cycles, but I don't remember the sequence. Can this be done on a 2011 Ram?
