Default Anyone with a Front Mount Hitch ?

I was wondering if anyone here has installed a front mount hitch on their RAM. I was looking a Curt Manufacturing one that a snow plow can hook into and it might be useful for other purposes.

I just wondered what it might look like so pic's would be great.

I know Warn makes one as part of their Trans4mer/Trans4mer II grill guard setup. I have a good buddy with a 2011 Furd Powerstroke with the newer Trans4mer II and you really have to look to tell the receiver hitch is a part of it. But like anything that says Warn on it, it ain't cheap!

I have a front receiver on my Grand Cherokee and I love it. I've built some accessories for it myself for when I don't need 130 lbs of winch & mount on the front of the thing. Basically anything you can weld a 2" square pipe to, you can tote on the front of your vehicle (or back for that matter).

On my particular application this one is pretty hidden (it's a Warn), I know one guy on a jeep specific forum I'm on went out and bought the Curt for his Grand Cherokee after he saw all the things I was doing with mine. He spent just over half what mine cost but he's NOT happy with it. It sits WAY lower than mine and really kills angle of approach, especially with anything sticking out of it. Watch for that if you get the Curt.

The only issues I had with the Warn on my application was I had to modify the front skid plate to fit back on and I had to cut two pieces of plastic cladding under the bumper. The receiver fit fine with the cladding there, but I couldn't get a pin in or out with the plastic in the way.

This here be some of the stuff I tote around on it:

I know you won't have any idea what your truck will look like with one on, but I just wanted to let you know what the one guy I know who bought a Curt for his Grand Cherokee found and to show you some of the uses I have come up with for mine...
