Default HVAC vent doors popping or snapping noise when turning truck off

I had some HVAC recall done a year or so back and this truck always made some noise like the HVAC air flow control doors were closing or going into some 'park' position but this thing is making a popping or snapping noise like something is getting stripped in these air flow controls. Do we have any TSB's or recalls other than what was supposed to be done already?

I had the recall done as well but i still had an actuator break a couple months later. Take it in and they will replace it, better expect them to have your truck for 2 days.

That is my post he is referring to, too a total of 3 days to fix it, 2 or 3 actuators and a couple doors on the list of parts, mine is within 3 years but I have 6 years extended warranty to I think it would be covered then. I only have just over 10K miles 19K kms so if this is gonna happen every 2 years I might spend a few hundred for another year warranty I have till March to decide
