There are a few tricks, first get it out of the truck and on a movers blanket, find connections to seat back and dc them, next find unlatch the cover over the lower back side of setback, next get the plastic side caps off so you can remove seatback from seat bottom, pull headrest off, next with seat back separate slowly start pushing cover up over foam, don't peel it over just push it up wrinkling it together, as you get it almost half gently pull leather up and around headrest plastic trim, next under front part of cover 60% off there are 3 split rings holding cover to a crossmember, use needlenose pliers to open and remove gently, next remove cover all the way, motor is acessed on backside to the left with one bolt, reverse order to put back, took my motor out and used a piece of coat hanger wire to set lumbar were I wanted it until I replace with new motor, hope this helps.
