Ok i order a H13 xentec bixenon kit for my 2011 ram slt crew 5.7. I installed everything today and when I went to fire everything up the low beams work fine but when I switch over to the highs only the driver side switches over. Also some times when I go to turn on the lights one of them may not come back on, it is random which one will work and which one will not work. Any help would be appreciated

 

Did you run capacitors inline with the vehicle harness ?
Very important on the RAM's

 

I`m guessing you bought the kit off ebay...? Made in china...?

 

no i didnt buy capistors where whould i get them from. the kit just had the relay, bulbs, and balast

 

hid extra has the capacitors, thats where i got my kit from.

 

Just an FYI for anyone that has HID Extra kits if you bought yours over a year ago apparently they no longer support those ballasts so if you need to replace a bulb you need a whole new kit. I had nothing but problems with them and it took 3 months to finally get gear that didn't fail within a week and I paid extra for the slim ballasts and now I am told those are no good! I taking these things out and going to either Silverstar Ultra or zXe.
