Has anyone tried doing a DIY CAI for there 4th Gen Ram?? If so please post some pictures. I'm looking for some good ideas.

 

I don't think doing one on a 4th Gen is much different from doing one on a 3rd Gen. Even though I own a K&N myself (bought way back in '04 when the truck was about 3 months old and I didn't know how to make them then), I've built about 15 or so for other people now, prolly a good half dozen or so on Rams.

Check out PSM Intake systems. They are made for diesels but the idea could be used for your hemi. Also some interesting information about after market CAI systems on his tech page.
