Default ddm hid question

For those of you who have purchased HID's from ddm did you order the error code eliminator with them? were they needed? 55w or 35w?
I have a sport with the quad lights so i was looking at getting the 55w 5000k
for the lows and the 35w 5000k for the fogs and wasnt sure if i would need eliminators or not. I tried calling ddm but waited on hold forever. Has anyone used these with the auto lights? Any problems?
Thanks for any info.

Look up hid error cancellors on eBay. That's what I run. They look like this. Very easy hookup.

Truck wire=>fooler=>ballast=>bulb

yes we do need the capacitors ( as pictured above) for the headlights
and for the fogs nothing special is needed.
