Yeah i seen that episode and looked up the price for that kit and it was something like 5000-6000$ or something stupid like that

That would be the RideTech kit that I'm currently not very happy with.

I'm only running the rear springs though. I think a lot of it has to do with some incorrect information from the tech department before ordering. I asked if it would run at stock to two inches above normal ride height and I wanted to tow my trailer.. They said yes. It does ride at this height. However, when you put a load on it the springs are at just enough of an angle to shoot them out with the added bag pressure and side load from the springs being at a slight angle.

How it looks aired up to what I want it to ride at unloaded(I'm running it 2" lower just to keep it from coming out but even at that height they came unseated with the trailer hooked up)

An exploded Firestone bag......just for fun. I only had 40lbs in it at the time so I really think something hit it because I was just hauling my open trailer and buggy at the time.

The cause of all of my problems......Towing a huge trailer with a coil sprung half ton.

I actually sent them a message last week to get some more info. They are now registered users here and pm'd me.
I like the kit. I'm just nervous about giving up my bumpstops as I have limped home more than once on them.

If something should happen you at least have the factory springs in this case.

Still playing with the tow rig.
Had the shop fix the leaking rear pinion seal, exhaust manifold bolts(again), muffler clamp that was bad, rod ends that were recalled, and a few service items.

09 1500 Ram with 96k on it. Lots of it towing. I've been happy.

I pulled the RideTech kit.
Put the Airlift Bags back in the coils. I can finally drive it without being white knuckled all of the time.

At no point in the stroke of the suspension, did I feel like the angles were right with the RideTech kit.
