Post Down load music question?? 2009 ram with hdd

Why is it when i down load music from my ipod, it puts them all in alphabetical order? When i go to play the album (ie Pink Floyd The Wall), all the songs play back in alphabetical order as well. I also have to remove all the songs from my ipod to download new songs, because if i dont, it creates copies of already downloaded songs.
When i download songs from a store bought cd, it does not show the song name, just a bunch of letters.
I just had my truck at the dealer, and even they could not figure this out. Any help would be great.

its just the way that dodge does it...They list all the tracks in alphabetical vs by track number. It does the same if you switch to the album view, I have no idea how to make them play by track number. I would assume if there is a way it might be through lockpick, BUT I could never justify paying 250 bucks just to change the way the order is. (I just set mine for random!)

As far as "ripping" your CD to your harddrive it all depends on how old the cd is. New cds are being burned with the track ID tags built into them, so that when you do rip your cd all the track numbers, artist, album name and title are already there. However most of the CDS out there would just show up as track 1, track 2 etc...Now if yours are a bunch of letters, I really have no explanation for that one. But I would try ripping a cd that has fairly new, last 10 years. If it does the same thing then, well sorry no idea...

You can rip music from a USB stick, Be advised tho that you really can only do up to 12GB if you have GPS, (im not sure about the RER) If you don't then you might be looking at 20GB total. YES I know you probably have a 30GB HDD, but dodge puts in a misconception by using up some of that HDD for system files, GPS maps, etc:
