Default Rear seat vanity light...

Not a real issue...just curious. We were driving last night and my daughter wanted to work on some homework. She went to turn on the rear vanity light, but there's no switch and the light also doesn't push on like the front map lights. I checked the manual, and it says to turn on the light on and off with the button on the lens. No button on mine. Only way I can turn the light on is by rotating the rotary dial on the dash, which also turns on the front map lights and then you can't switch them off. I can't believe something as basic as a light switch was an option or part of a "light group" but no other explanation.

You push on the drivers side of the lens on my 2009 and 2011 to turn them on and off.

same on my 2011 sport quad cab. Push the drivers side of the lens. It actually has a "+" in the lens where you push it.

Mine is like P345s. You depress the drivers side of the clear lens, itself. The whole light assembly, is the switch.

Granted, mine is a 2011.
