Headliner and Roof Question

Has anyone installed a gun rack in the roof of their 4th gen ram? I'm curious as to whether or not the roof is a single or double sheet of metal. There is no way I am drilling through the entire roof to mount a gun rack, but I'm thinking the headliner maybe thick enough for one rifle/shotgun. Any thoughts?
