Default Rear Bumper

Has anyone got one for sale? I bought a used 09 Ram and it came with a big dent in the bumper. It's chrome with the towing package electrical hook ups built into the bumper. Is it safe to assume that all 4th gen rear bumpers are all the same regardless of year?

How difficult would it be to install the "in the cab" portion of the park assist system? And what does in entail?
