Wanting Bilstein 5100s. I know, I know!
This has been beat to death but most of what i read was months if not years old. I have looked around and i was thinking of getting the bilstein 5100s (front:BE5-F812-H0,back:BE5-F813-H0) front and some for the rear. I have read people say they add lift up to 2.75" in front and 1" in rear but some websites say they are for trucks with lift. So do they add lift or are they for trucks with that amount of lift?

Darek I just added these to my 1500 this past weekend...I'm sure you saw my thread but if not here's a link..

But these add UP TO 2.75" of lift on the front end of the truck. I had a bone stock truck when it came to my suspension before adding these. There are different settings on the strut itself (I forget each setting height). But all you do is put these struts in place of the old struts and before you do that you set the height to what "you want" and then put the OEM Spring seat on that setting and boom it's ready to go. These are only available for 4x4 models.
I cannot answer for the rear since I only installed the front struts. The rears are just shocks they are not adjustable. After I installed mine in my truck the rear end was about .75" below the front (ridin nose high!) haha, so I ordered Top-Gunz Custom spacers for the rear .75" spacer.... so hopefully that brings it up perfectly level! Any questions ask bud!
