Bug Deflector hood protection?

I do alot of highway and you can't avoid rocks but I think my chrome deflector helps. If you like the look than I think it would only help.

I have the color matched BB Mopar bug-shield/deflector on my sport, I don't mind the look at all.

i have noticed my bug-flector does help keep the hood and windshield a bit more free of bugs and debris, and also notice it took away the wind noice that my vent-visors induced. it wasnt much, but i sure noticed it immediatly dissapear.

its not the best looking accessory, but as long as it serves some amount of function i can live with it.

I wasn't a big fan of the way the OEM deflectors looked either, but I do a lot of highway travelling, so I opted for the 3M protection. I went with the 18" and the guy who did it covered every surface on the front of the truck except the headlight lenses. You can hardly tell it's there except up close.

I wasn't sure about sticking stuff on my new paint either, but it sure won't stay new if you don't do something!
