Tow hooks up front are actually a two piece design, so removing and installing them is rather simple. Two bolts to the crossmember, and two bolts fastening the tow hooks together.
the OP is looking for a rear bumper with the exhaust cutouts. i assume since he said he has a ST it wouldnt have tow hooks but i may be wrong but i wouldnt think the tow hooks would be that big of a deal to swap over.

My answer was in regards to LTRAM1500 question about the tow hooks, not the OP rear bumper swap.
My apologies to everyone that responded to my question. It was a little confusing. I meant to ask how difficult is it to swap out a rear bumper that has the electrical hookups for towing? Again I apologize and will do a better job proof reading
I dont have any electrical hookups on my bumper other than license plate lights and trailer hookups that all trucks have, no backup camera. It took 30 min to drop the bumper on the ground. Everything unplugs.
