100k Spark Plugs
No one seems to talk about this, but when installing new spark plugs make sure that you disconnect the batter to kill the PCM (Vehicle Computer). This is necessary to make sure it resets otherwise it thinks it still has the old pulgs in it and will run the same as it used to. Over time it will adjust, but it starts all over when you disconnect the battery. I have seen people bashing E3 Spark plugs. I just bought a new 2011 Dodge 1500 with a 5.7 Hemi and am not changing the plugs at this time. My previous vehicle was a 2005 PT Cruiser Convertible with a 2.4 Turbo engine. I changed the plugs at 65,000 Kilometers (old plugs were shot) with Nascar Irridium Plugs and it ran OK. I decided to try E3 Spark plugs and disconnected the battery (also did it for the previous plugs too) As soon as I drove it out of the drive way I immediately notice an increase in power and after driving it for awhile I notice the the gas mileage was better. The car was even more fun to drive than before. I will be trying E3 spark plugs in my Hemi when I decide to change them. Hope this helps some one. Just remember your Vehicle is run by a computer these days and you have to reset it by disconnecting the battery.
