So i went to dodge about a month ago because my window was making this weird almost like cracking noise so they called there glass guy out and he supposedly fixed it i guess he just lubed the cowl panel two weeks later it starts making the noise again took it in to dodge today and now there like oh we have to replace your cowl panel. why couldnt they just do that in the first place.

Also my dash rattles preety bad when in fuel saver mode was told by the tech its because of the drone from my muffler which i alredy knew does anybody have that problem or know how i can access behind the dash to figure out what is rattling thank you

In my truck I have the fold down cup holders, and when it's down it rattles a bit here and there. Could that be it for your truck as well? Also see if it's something in your glove box that is rattling around when in fuel saver mode.

If not I know that in most vehicles taking the dash out is a nightmare of a job. Unless you absolutely can't stand the noise it's making I would personally let it be instead of pulling the dash.

Its likely the exhaust system, while in ECO/MDS mode is the reason for most these rattles in your cab.
Tell your incompitent stealership to look up the TSB bulletin from the 2005 hemi truck, add a couple exhaust ballast`s to the exhaust "Y" pipe on your truck. That will usually fix the vibrations that the exhaust has when its in ECO/MDS mode. Fixed several hemi trucks this way. The MDS causes the vibrations, it transmits thru out the exhaust system, then up thru the entire cab area of the truck.

No, it shouldnt make a difference, but you may have to add 1 or 2 extra ballast`s.
