I have a 2009 Ram 1500 5.7 and I need to know how I can raise the speed limiter and also get rid of the fuel saver mode. Thanks!!!!!

You need a tuner to do those things.

why do you need to disable it so badly?

Go buy a SuperChips or other brand and you can disable them. I don't know if diablo or bully dog allow the MDS disable but I know the SC does...
