37" tire and bevel

Default 37" tire and bevel

Hi guys,

Finally i decided to install this "kit" on my 2010 dodge ram;

6" lift rough country - wheel brp 94r with 37x12.5x18

BUT i have a question, with this kit should i change the bevel?

Sorry for my not good english...

By bevel, do you mean the angle at which your front tires sit resting on the ground? If so, yes, you will need to perform a wheel alignment.

hi dave, sorry but i wrong the title, when i speak about bevel i think " GEAR RATIO " ....

i don't know which gear ratio is installed on my truck, and i ask if i change tire size from 275/60/20 to 37x12.5x20 i have to change the gear ratio???

With the 37" tires i would suggest 4.56 gears, you will not regret it.

What is the advantage to changing the gears to 4.56s and are you changing gears only in the rear end.
What is the cost to change gears?
