Default What kind of lift kit to pick

I'm a new in this kind of stuff, so can someone tell me what kind of lift kit should I buy? I was planning to get 35" tires with 18" rims and I know that i need 4"-5" lift, but I was going to get 6" lift. Biggest problem is that when I was looking different kits I had no idea did those kits contain everything I need for a smooth drive on- and off-road driving (mostly on-road). So if someone could give me link to a good kit and all the extra parts I need to get that lift.

I'm driving 2010 Dodge Ram 2500 Crew Cab 6.7L I6 with automatic transmission.

Thanks.

How much $$$ u wanna spend? I had carli's 3 inch on my 07 2500 and it was awesome. Really pricey but prob the best kit out there.
This is the kit i had best for on road and still really good off road

Ended up trading the truck on a 1500 after selling my camper and not needing a 2500

Well I was hoping that I can get that lift for under 2000$. So I have spent almost whole time at work searching for best price-quality kit and I found Skyjacker D4510K-N with steering stabilizers ( http://www.skyjacker.com/product.php?ProdID=19046 )

So now I would like to know if I can fit 37x12.50R20 wheels with 20x10 XD Rockstar rims (-24mm offset and 4.56 Back Spacing) under that lift?

And does that kit contain everything I need to drive my truck on and off road smoothly and safely?

And thanks newfiebullet for that advice, but that price is a little steep for my budget.

Liamm I have a 6" pro com lift in my 2010 ram with no complaints. Paid about $1900 plus tax and install. The kit came complete, before the lift i had a 2" level kit running 35" tires on 18 " rims with minimal rub on full turn (Sig photo)
Since then i have gone to 6" lift with no problem on 35" tires , i also have 1 1/2" wheel spacers and a 3" body lift and looking to move up to 37-38 tires hope this helps.
My truck is strictly street for know , as it gets older i may decide to of road

Rob
