Im new to the site and have a question for you guys and gals. My truck is a regular cab long box with a Hemi and im looking for some info on the best air intake system, and what kind of dual exhaust systems are out there for these trucks. Any suggestions or real world advice would be appreciated.

Matt welcome to the forum...but just do a little bit of searching and you'll find AMPLE amount of threads regarding this info.
Ask about exhaust and you'll hear 500 different answers. I'm running Magnaflow Stainless Steel Cat-Back exhaust w/ a 22" muffler and 5" double walled Stainless tips w/ a Magnaflow free flow y-pipe. It sounds great! Great rumble on start up. Quiets out when cruising and when I punch it, shows there is a HEMI under the hood
. After 5k it'll get louder...
Just stay away from SlowMaster (aka FlowMaster)...good brans a lot of guys use are Magnaflow, Borla and they all seem to like them.
As for intake I ran K&N CAI and ran it for roughly 10k, took it off...seemed like I lost low end power...MPG didn't get better. The stock box has really good air flow, so I threw in a drop in K&N..
