Default Brake pads for RAM 1500

Hi guys!
I have 10' RAM 1500 Quad Cab Sport and it's about 30K miles.
I can hear some squeaking noise when breaking, looks like I need new pads.
There is so many brands online, what should I get? I need inexpensive and good pads. Thanks an advance!

Take a wheel off and check them, chances are that there is just something in the slot or the pads are vibrating in the caliper. I replaced mine at about 30K because I had a squeak and it turned out that they were only about 25% worn.

30k does seem kinda early, I'd inspect first as well.

A good quality pad that won't break the bank, for me has been Centric Posi Quiets pads. Look under centricparts.com, or check out r1concepts.com.

I believe we also have a supporting vendor here that specializes with brake parts/pads as well. Chances are they'll chime in, however I'm not familiar with their products.

Mine have abut 75% left at 36k. Never a beep from them.

Hilly areas tend to be more harsh on brake pad life. LA and surrounding areas are kinda hilly.

BrakeMotive is a Sponsor of the site and they sell complete F&R sets of Perf. rotors w/ceramic pads HERE
For just pads on the front, I'd go with Wanger Thermo-quiets installed with Caliper grease. Those pads are online tend to be much cheaper.
Caliper rtv/grease stops any squeel. Squeel is pads vibrating between caliper and rotor. Use with any new installation.
