I read about the lemon law. Looks like it has to have the problem within the first year. I took it to the dealership at 7:30 this morning. Pulling onto the highway into traffic it died again.. Thought I was going to get rear ended cause when it dies all the lights go off as well when they are set on auto.. As of noon it's still sitting in the parking lot... I called Chrysler and they are contacting the dealership.

This isn't true at all.. they asked me if i had ever had it programmed and i told them no.. after all the troubleshooting they've done they still never said anything else about a tuner..
They say they found a bad WIN module in the ignition or something and they will have the part in a couple days.. I guess we'll see

I will never buy another dodge/chrysler vehicle ever!! My truck is at the shop. they say they have it fixed.. and i owe them $400!! i've called chrysler and they refuse to pay for it under warranty although this has been an ongoing problem for months. this started back in may when my truck was under warranty and they didn't fix it. now they want to charge me for it. i am going back to GMC! i will never suggest someone buy a dodge because the service sucks! on top of that, I do have a 7 year service contract that i gave to the dealership just in case chrysler decided to $*#@ me.. they never called and got the repairs approved through them before repairing it and still say i have to pay before i pick up my truck.. they should have went out of business years ago instead of getting bailed out... !!!!!!!!!!!! I AM PISSED !!!!!!!!!!
