You'll only have warranty issues if the lift (or any other modification you make) causes another part on the truck to wear or break. If the lift does't cause any issues they don't care.
Understand anything that the lift causes a strain on or rubs or is misaligned is your baby. Anything you mess up installing a lift is your baby. Old saying' YOU play.YOU pay! "
So as long as its installed right they cant do much and if any thing on the lift breaks it has its own warranty. Guess my biggest concern is if the tranny or the front/rear ends go are they going to blame it on the lift?
They just might. You go doing major mods like a lift and big tires/wheels you leave the door wide open. Repeat this 100 times. You PLAY. You PAY. Been like that forever. The diesel crowd has been chanting that for 20 plus years now. What normally happens is the 'lift' folks and the 'manufacture' folks point fingers at each other if the the truck has a major failure and you want someone else to pay. Seen it, read it, a zillion times. Oh! They can do that for months on end. You play you just need to understand the position your putting yourself in. I'm in a quandary on my vette. I want to 'tune' it. Mainly the auto trans. I've still got a fair amount of warranty left. If it has a major failure GM requires a complete ECM download to them before a yea or nay on a trans or any drive train repair. If the ECM shows ANY thing messed with its NAY. Your wanting to do something a lot more obvious.

I had my torque converter replaced under warranty, but to get to it they had to remove a part of the lift kit, which they charged me labour for taking off that part..The rest was covered.
