My first post. The key for my 2009 Ram 1500 started sticking in the ignition a few weeks ago. Several times i wondered if I'd be able to remove it at all. Normally shaking the shifter would free the key sometime I'd have to try turning the ignition off and on and moving the shifter from park to drive several times the key would rotate fully to off and allow the key to be removed. I took it to the local dealer and they replaced the wireless module. later that evening the key stuck again and continues to stick like before. So the $286.00 repair did nothing. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas what may be causing this so I'll have some idea if the dealer's mechanic is making another costly bad guess on Monday when I take it back.
