If it's only happening on bumps, I'd say try looking at anything connected to that part of the vehicle.

I say that only because this past weekend my truck also developed a squeaky noise from the right side of my truck and it's quite audible inside of my truck. Well, I thought doors were loose at first. After investigation, however, I noticed that my right side nerf bar is jacked up and needs tightening. I bottomed out dropping off some folks and their drive way is horrid.

The dash part i have noticed only when its cold outside.
The door panel pretty much does it whenever. I just close and slam my door and it usually fixes it for a bit.
