2012 Tradesman Air Intake?

I have the 4.7L Magnum on the 2012 Tradesman. Can I just use an air intake from a Dakota with a magnum? Alot of companies say they wont fit the 2012 tradesman but I don't see anything different about the air intake on the Dakotas magnum and the RAM's magnum. Thinking of putting in a K/N or a Secret Weapon.
