Added some new lights!
Decided to add some extra lights to the truck for when I am driving out back at the farm or I am heading dowen the backroads. Plus I wanted more lights in the first place but waited till my warranty was over.
The bar and four HELLA 500. The bar screws right into the license plate holes and is as soild as a rock! I love the free floating look more then the WestinBars, etc that go into the two hooks.

Got two different color rocker switches rather then sticking with Hella's green ones. Red for the outside and blue for the inside set.

Being where I live we need a front plate and to make it legal I couldnt have the bar covering half the plate as the bar screwed into the plate holes. So I went next door to the father in laws and him and I made a drop down hanger. Polished her up and BAM! He had some great idea's which lead to me keeping my plate cover.

Can hardly notice its there!

Lights on and about to do the 'fun part'

Every wire from the lights to the relays, etc are covered to keep it clean looking inside the hood. Zip tied down and looks damn nice
(Rough picture)

With the covers on

The out side lights and inner ones are one a different switch. I put them on the drivers side panel where the 'tow pannel' should go. As my truck doesnt have that pannel it was a perfect spot it! Just have to make the cover plate

I just have the switches hanging out until i have time to make a color matched plate to stick in there.:rck:

Where did you get the switches? I can't find them anywhere! The ones I do find have the LED and switch terminals seperate and are a PITA to solder. Right now I have with 3 terminals that the LED works, and one with 4 terminals that doesn't (I use a high-temp iron, think I melted something inside). I think mine use a 5/8ths hole?

INFO ON THAT BAR PLEASE!!! That thing looks really effin sharp! Great install on the truck. Where did you draw power for your lights? That drop down plate for your license plate is hardly noticeable. Took me a minute to catch it.
