Default Stock Max speed (governor)

Hey I was wondering if anyone might know what a stock 2010 3500 governs out at? I was pretty sure it was around 155 KM but does anyone know for sure?

Thanks

The governor is usually set to the max the tires are rated. On the 1500, the tires are typically "R" rated (106 MPH). So if unsure, look at the stock tire ratings on the 3500, that will tell you what the manufacturer will set the governor to.

Was told if you keep the hammer down long enough at max speed, you can burn the sensor out and effectively remove the governor. Any truth to this?
