The main issue is, the studs/bolts usually break. (its not a gasket issue that i`m aware of)
And i ALWAYS recommend a new gaskets regardless, when replacing ANY exhaust studs/bolts.

After 4 months on the driver side was only gasket,no broken bolts.
Changed studs and new gasket.
That happend between 65000 miles and 68000 miles.
