Adding Factory Cruise

I have 2012 Ram Express base, no power, cruise, or extras. I bought a factory wheel with cruise, lever style, from a forum member. The harness was not plugged in, see picture. Does anyone know what order the wires go into white connector with horn wires. I sent emailed forum memeber and no response. Thanks,
