Default rear coil springs on 4th gen trucks

Hello all,

Has anyone had any problems with the rear springs when lifts are installed?
I have CST 4in blocks on the rear of my truck with rancho 5000 shocks and when i hit dips or go over bumps the rear of the truck is real bouncy.
Should i change shocks, not sure what to do?????
Any help is appreciated!!

Won't say for certain but I have found bounciness is almost always shock related. Good luck.

4" Blocks? If you are going to lift a truck then do it right - get yourself some 4" lift springs. Coil spacers and blocks are a poor way to lift a truck and rarely result in a good ride.

X2 on oldjeeps reply. Since you kept the stock springs and just used blocks, the spring rate is still the same. So if the ride changed its due to the shocks.
