Hey, my build list says that I have u connect on board. What do I need to set this up? Is there some module that needs to be installed or is it already there and how do I fnd it? Thanks in advance.

 

What radio do you have? There should be a 3 digit code on the lower right corner of the radio faceplate.

 

The code is "RES" just to the lower right of the AUX portal.

1) what happens when you press and release the Uconnect phone button? Do you hear any prompts?
2) When you press and release that button, do you see "Uconnect phone is not available"?
3) Look up on the top of the rear view mirror, are there a pair of mics mounted in it?
4) If you don't hear any prompts, see the Uconnect phone is not available or no mics, then it is safe to say that Uconnect is not installed.
5) To be absolutely sure, you can drop the glovebox down to the floor, look inside the opening to the far right side of the dash structure. If you have Uconnect, then you will see a black module about 4" x 6" and look similar to the one pictured below. (picture is only a representation of the part, #'s may not be the same)
