Thinking about getting an Ram
I've been looking and it come with 4:10 gears and all that happy stuff but what about that gas tank skid and all the under body armor. Haven't found much on sliders also. The front end looks like to much can go wrong if it's not covered enough and I want to see what dodge came out with to see if it's going to cut it or not.
For the Ram Runner you would have to get it built with mopar parts, you can get a 2009-2011 , and i imagine 2012 would work too. There's a bit of information on this site about it. The ford raptor is a pretty sweet truck also, but it is a ford in the end.
Did you consider the Power Wagon? If your doing rock crawling sounds like this truck would be a good option, comes with skid plates and winch, but is pretty big.

Sport Quad Cab.
It has ALL the options loaded in it with exception of the sunroof. I hate sunroofs, so i ordered it without it.
Black Pearlcoat paint
Full leather (interior has the black out option)
Heated/Cooled seats & Heated steering wheel
Both of the front seats are power w/lumbar option.
Has the $300 OEM fold out rear floor shelf under the rear seat area
Touch screen radio/dvd player (w/dvd player i`ve NEVER even used once)
All new 20inch tires on chrome clad OEM wheels. (even have extra 17 wheels/snow tires for winter)
All services & maint up to date
This truck is a virgin, has NEVER been played with... no tuners.
Its my daily driver, babied since the day i drove it home brand new.
You could own this truck for likely $20,000 cheaper than a new one.
